So OHs first day...

Roped him into it, his first day today (aswell as my restart day!) lol he went to bed at 8!! he weighed himself before going up, 17:3 (1lb less then me )

I've stayed downstairs and started shivering so decided to fanny around with the thermostat, lol dont actually know if I've done it right!

Ive managed 3l, he's done his allowance, polished off 1.5 in a matter of seconds!! He drinks water like a fish so I know he won't have a problem with it. After a few days I start to struggle I think that's why I've fallen so many times.

My girlfriend is going to start CD on Friday I've been doing it 15 weeks now, & living together i think has made her think about her eating habits &
maybe slightly jealous that i'm losing weight and she's putting weight on haha. I'm so excited for her to start, we'll have the same consultant come round
every week & weigh us together, i feel so much more positive now knowing we're BOTH on the way to becoming skinny minnys!
