Had to get weighed early this week as my CDC is going on holiday (£150 of products yikes!) so having only been on the diet for a week and a half I've lost 16lbs!!!!! I had to ask her to check the scales again! so at least I know it's working and I'm well on the way! planned day off tomorrow but BBQ, so should be able to be good.
