so weak and tired

    im on day 6 and upto now i have had only a slight headache but today i feel weak ,dizzy, sick i know i have done more than usuall today such has i have had to walk 4 miles to school and back which i usually go in a car anybody know what this could be

    I have had a snack and some water and i feel a bit better thanks for the advice im thinking maybe i over did it today with the 4 mile walk

    The book does say that after some time you may get some flu type symptoms and tiredness. It is your body starting to use up your stores of carbohydrate and go into burning your stored fat. That's a good thing and is only supposed to last a day or two.

    Im not getting weighed till i have been on the diet for 4 weeks i know i must have lost some cause a pair of trousers i have fit which is unbeliveable after 8 days woo hoo :wave_cry:

    that's fantastic. MO5 - I wish I could say the same...it seems to be coming off quite slowly for me.

    Hi dellybelly how much are we suppose to lose in 4 weeks im hoping when i do get weighed i will have lost a stone by then fingers crossed im wanting to loose about 2 stone to give me a healthy bmi im 5ft 3 and 10st 7 when i started so i hope this will take about 8 weeks to shift the pounds :D

    well, from the books it says you can expect to lose between 0.5 - 1 kg per week.. that's the standard 1 - 2lbs per week but different people lose at different rates. Keep at it and see how you get on.
