yup to both soda water and sparkling water . Some people choose to drink other fizzy drinks - (check they have no citric acid in them or other derivatives (some of the e numbers)) but they are not recommended on the plan and are best to be avoided if you can. that said I would rather drink a can of something (0 cals and no citric acid) and carry on than find it a total stumbling block.
