D - Pete's risotto, sea bass, salad HEA HEB
Snacks - strawberries, yoghurt, meringues (3)

Exercise - 5.5k run and some digging for my dad! (400)

So I went AWOL again!! Had an ok Saturday and an awful Sunday! Back on it yesterday though but I'm not going to go back and add the food tho. Will start from today!

B - weetabix, sk milk HEA HEB
L - tuna pasta with onion, sweetcorn, olives (1), Mayo (1) HEB, apple, yoghurt (0.5), half packet of space raiders crisps (2)
D - quorn bolegnese, cheese HEA
Snack - lolly ice (4)

Exercise - spinning (350 cals)

Total syns - 8.5

I was weighed at the gym today after 1st 2 weeks of a programme. Only lost 2lb but dropped 1.5% body fat!! :)

I was on plan most of yesterday but went out and had pint of coors light and a fair few vodka diet cokes. Oh and some pizza!

Snack - 2 alpen lights and apple
D - quorn sausage, mash (2), beans
Snack - strawberries, yoghurt (0.5), meringue (2)

L - wholemeal roll HEB, 2 quorn sausage (2), clover (2), ketchup (1)
D - jacket potato, beans, cheese HEA, butter (2)
Snacks - strawberries, choc buttons (3) milk
