Sole Source + Is it ok to feel full up?

    I'm finding that after I've had my 200 cal meal I'm feeling quite full up. Is this ok or do you think I'm eating too much? I know my stomach will have shrunk a bit, but I'm just worrying that I'm doing it wrong and ruining my diet! Tonight I had 200g of Quorn & some cabbage & mushrooms, not very calorific but it appeared to be quite a large plateful of food. I've still got one CD meal to go this evening too but it's a choc bar so I know I'll be able to make room for them as I love them!

    I am sure that you're fine - you're not exceeding what you're allowed. If you feel more comfortable then I am sure you'd be fine to stop before you're full.

    From what I've heard most people struggle with the full quorn allowance, as it's so much. Maybe you'd feel less full with chicken or fish.

    As long as you aren't filling the plate with Veg it's fine. I think it's 2 tablespoonfuls if I remember.

    If that's what you are doing and you feel full, then it's perfectly alright to feel full. Bless you, I know loads of people that'd kill to feel full on SS+, enjoy your food hun!
