I'm finding that after I've had my 200 cal meal I'm feeling quite full up. Is this ok or do you think I'm eating too much? I know my stomach will have shrunk a bit, but I'm just worrying that I'm doing it wrong and ruining my diet! Tonight I had 200g of Quorn & some cabbage & mushrooms, not very calorific but it appeared to be quite a large plateful of food. I've still got one CD meal to go this evening too but it's a choc bar so I know I'll be able to make room for them as I love them!
