I spoke very breifly to my counsellor last week about possibly goin gon the 790 plan and she said that the weight loss is a lot different to SS. How has everyone else found this? I stayed the same last week and had been good. When I did weightwatchers once and I stayed the same, the leader told me to increase my points for one week and believe it or not I actually lost weight. I wondered whether this may be the same with the cambridge diet.
