Some Progress

    No diet just running and weight training.
    lost a bit of weight.

    friends and family are commenting and asking how its happened. its been quite easy, just exercise here and there and ive replaced coke with diet coke, really its those two things.

    i havent dieted, i dont believe in dieting. alot of scientists have said dieting works short term, but in the long term it does more damage than good. and im human, if i dont eat a nice food today, i will eat it tomorrow, theres only so much someone can take. its lifestyle changes that define you.

    id say im pretty much at my goal weight, just maybe half a stoneish more id want to lose. some friends have commented i look too small now, for women its a good thing but not always for men.

    my goal now is to get a bit more bigger, just a bit of muscle and have a well defined body
