Me again!
Well ive spent the past 3 hours looking through the site at WW recipes, points of things etc and have made a shopping list which is being delivered on Saturday. I have reassessed my points as of my weight I am today as I keep on going up and down into the next stone bracket
so I am now allowed 22 points. Hoping that point makes all the difference!!
ive ordered the 30 day shred thats been mentioned on here, thats due to also arrive on Saturday, however, as theres no time like the present I will be starting all over from tomorrow morning.. So 22 points it is, and ill be weighing every thursday from now on. I have planned a Chinese for Saturday as i know i will be alone and watching tele so it maybe nice to have somthing as a treat in my first week and as a trial and error thing I have realised there are some things I just cant have, these include Curly Wurlys and Rich Tea buisuits.
This is the first time i have 're-started' an eating plan with less then 4 stone to lose. I aim to lose a stone and then see how I go from there, as after a stone i would have hit my original target...
So fingers Crossed for me please! Im so desperate to get to target, I have realised that its not going to happen on the One year anniversary of me starting my weight loss journey (28th August 2009) but if I can hit target as close to going back to uni as possible. Early october, Ill be happy..
Start Weight : 13 stone 2lbs. (damn gaining 7lbs in less then a week!)
