I ate my willpower!
I was helping my husband fit some worktops last weekend and they had a fishtank in the house. When I looked at my reflection, the glass made me look like I was a size 10! I though, wow, I am so going to look like that soon, and I think if we could all stand in a magic mirror, I think it would inspire us to stay on the straight and narrow (unless of course you though you looked horrible being slim
