I'm about to try the veg soup, can I had spices and salt if I need it?!

Hubby's cooking burger and oven chips!!! Noooooo!!!!! He's starting cd tomorrow!!!

no salt but spices are ok theres a list in your book.
re your husband cooking burger and chips: just imagine how hard it is gonna be for him getting into ketosis cause he hasn't cut down on his carbs that will stop you wanting it.

I've moved upstairs!! How many days does it take for ketosis and the signs and symptoms to kick in?

everyone is different it depends how much carbs you had before and water you will be in it within the first week. i was in it on day 4.
