Hi there, i'm Sophie, 28 and live n Manchester, now that's the introduction out of the way lol..I've done the discover plan before and successfully lost 7 and a half stones without going to a meeting, however, maintenance was a different thing. Back to old habits led to a 2 stone gain over 8 months, so to prevent me reaching my pre-weight of 18 stone again, i need to nip it in the bud, so out comes all my old ww books, scales and calculator. I am going to make it my mission to record all i eat on a daily basis and don't worry, i will be trawling through the diaries of all u guys, for added ideas and inspiration. So here goes:
