Breakfast:
Satsuma x2

Lunch:
Pasta with courgettes, tomatoes, peppers, onions, aubergine and onion & garlic sauce (3.5syns) with lettuce, carrot and tomato salad with light salad cream (2syns)

Dinner:
2 boiled eggs with HEXB wholemeal toast soldiers.

Snacks:
Fruit salad covered in mullerlight
Low fat natural yogurt with options hot chocolate mixed in (2syns)
Satsuma

9.5syns altogether so I consider that to be a very good day. Not craving anything and not struggling to stay on plan :D

You won't beat me :) I don't know how long it takes actually. You should be approved by now xxx

Yesterday was a bit of a weird day because I only had one meal

Dinner:
Lamb Shank
Roast Potatoes
Carrots
Broccoli
Gravy
Mint Sauce

Snacks:
Twister Ice Lolly


I didn't cook as I was at my aunt's for dinner so I won't bother working out the syns but I know most of it was pretty healthy!

Scrambled Egg on Wholemeal Toast with ketchup (

Lunch:
Ham and coleslaw sandwich (
8syns for the extra bread - not sure how many syns for the coleslaw)

Dinner:
Salad
Eggs
Chicken

Light salad cream (

I've been feeling hungrier today and craved a bit of chocolate as I had a headache... the Creme Egg hit the spot!

I haven't been very hungry today and been too busy with work and my physio appointment to eat much anyway...

Haven't updated for a few days and to be honest I had a bit of a binge yesterday and on tuesday :cry: but I'm sure I'll have an extra good weekend before I WI on Monday!
