Day 1 (Wed 23rd)

x2 slices of white toast with l/f spread. A glass of oj.

Chocolate chip muffin and a skinny mocha.

Mushroom risotto 1/2 pot.

x2 l/f sausages, sweet potato mash. Veggies and gravy (made from granules)

Water, squash. very very small glass of bucks fizz (office celebration)

Exercise:x2 20 minutes on treadmill and x trainer and sit ups
