Sophs Healthy eating and exercise diary.

    Hey Everyone :wave_cry:

    Summer is fast approaching and nothing would make me happier than to be abit slimmer. As no-one want to cover up on the beach or wear layers to hide theyre sins! :(

    So from today i'm starting a healthy eating plan. The foods to avoid are Chocolate and chrisps mainly as they are my downfall along with ALCOHOL!!

    So i'm cutting those out completely for the first 2 weeks. And sticking to around 1200 cal a day and low fat of course :D

    Also would love to increase my exercise too as lately been a couch potato and thats not gunna help me get summer fit is it?!!

    Current weight 14st :break_diet:

    Day 1

    Bowl of special k bliss with skimmed milk.
    x2 coffees made with skimmed milk.
    Grapes
    Special k bar.
    Beans on toast.
    Bananna
    Salmon, new pots. Salad and corn on the cob.

    Drinks: Water. and Earl grey tea.
    Exercise: 1hr Aerobics. 45min of walking. 20min of crosstrainer. And some tummy crunchers.

    Bowl of special k with semi skimmed milk
    Skinny Latte
    Special k bar.
    Phili handi snack. Packet of walkers prawn chrisps.
    Ravoli

    bite size 1 chocolate roll and bitesize 1 mini rocky road m&s


    Exercise-Walking
    Drinks-Diet coke. Dr pepper.

    Not a healthy day at all! :S

    Fresh start diary and exercise

    Day 1

    Special k with semi-skimmed milk 300cal
    Salt and vinegar spiral (boots) 70cal
    Skinny Hazelnut latte 150cal.
    Hummous and Falafel salad 300cal.
    Fishcake, potato wedges and beans 500cal.

    Drinks: Shapers Cream soda. Diet dr pepper. Latte skinny

    Exercise: Walking.


    Day 2
    Special k with semi-skimmed milk 300cal
    Salt and vinegar spiral (boots) 70cal
    Skinny latte
    Hummous and Falafel salad 300cal.
    Special K bar
    Dinner not sure

    Drinks - S/F red bull. Water

    Exercise - 1hr walking. Gym. 45mins of bootcamp class.
