Hey Everyone :wave_cry:
Summer is fast approaching and nothing would make me happier than to be abit slimmer. As no-one want to cover up on the beach or wear layers to hide theyre sins!
So from today i'm starting a healthy eating plan. The foods to avoid are Chocolate and chrisps mainly as they are my downfall along with ALCOHOL!!
So i'm cutting those out completely for the first 2 weeks. And sticking to around 1200 cal a day and low fat of course
Also would love to increase my exercise too as lately been a couch potato and thats not gunna help me get summer fit is it?!!
Current weight 14st :break_diet:
Day 1
Bowl of special k bliss with skimmed milk.
x2 coffees made with skimmed milk.
Grapes
Special k bar.
Beans on toast.
Bananna
Salmon, new pots. Salad and corn on the cob.
Drinks: Water. and Earl grey tea.
Exercise: 1hr Aerobics. 45min of walking. 20min of crosstrainer. And some tummy crunchers.
