Survived the weekend with 2 hiccups.
B: Strawberry s/f shake. Caffe latte 100cal
TB: Herbal tea and a s/f snack bar 99 cal.
L: Strawberry s/f shake.
TB: Pack of grapes and apple 100cal
D:Chicken in nandos sauce, rice, salad and corn on the cob.
Drinks. Water
Exercise. walking.
Thoughts - Need to add more exercise this week.
