B:Start cereal with semi-skimmed milk 4.0 Lemon tea.
Skinny latte 1.0

L:WW Sandwich 4.0 Nutrigrain strawberry 2.0

Gym - 20min on treadmill, 20 min crosstrainer. Bike 20 minutes + sit ups x3 sets of 20

1 shortbread finger 2.5

D: Pasta ravoli 7.0

Drinks: Water, Roobios tea.
