Sophs week 1 ww diary.

    Fresh start today.


    Points allowed 21


    Day 1 (tues 22nd)

    B:Start cereal with semi-skimmed milk 4.0 Lemon tea.
    Skinny latte 1.0

    L:WW Sandwich 4.0 Nutrigrain strawberry 2.0


    Gym - 20min on treadmill, 20 min crosstrainer. Bike 20 minutes + sit ups x3 sets of 20

    1 shortbread finger 2.5


    D: Pasta ravoli 7.0

    Drinks: Water, Roobios tea.

    Points used 21

    Probably gained some points by going to the gym too :)
