due to my money probs i am having to leave cambridge diet i am so gutted :cry:

BUt on the bright side i will be doing slimming world, just went and got all my bits and bobs for it and will join their meetings next tuesday..

Hope i dont gain anything, really worried... sticking to red days (low carb)

i will keep posting here, you guys are all great...

I am unable to get hold of my cdc but when i do i will explain to her etc, and i will be coming back to this diet when my money probs have subsided..

Awww - sorry to hear about the money problems but even though you have to cut back on the CD you are at least staying focussed on achieving your goal by joining Slimming World.
I wish you all the luck in the world. Please do keep coming in to let us know how it's going.
What a shame this diet is not funded by the NHS!
