Hey girlies,

I was just wondering what kind of impact TS had on your TOTM and what kind of impact TOTM had on your losses. I know it will affect it but in what way?

I asked this not so long ago as I've just come through it!. I had all my usual symptoms (bloated, headaches etc) but I was also a little 'blocked up'!. I only lost 1lb on my weigh in that week but I was amazed at even doing that! Apart from that no other issues. When my friend was on Cambridge she ended up with TOTM every 2 weeks! and I've also heard cases when they have stopped. I think it's like everything else really and varies from person to person.

I thought so. Mine was as usual but I only lost 3lb (which I was happy with) and it seems to be slow again this week. Just wondering if this was hormone related or if I'll just have losses on the smaller end of the scale!

You'd think we had enough to deal with during that time but oh no, it's got to impact out losses too eh!! lol!
