I'm out for the day on Saturday, and was wondering if it's possible to make up a soup before I go, and put it in a flask?

Has anyone tried this, and what were the results like?

No you cant. Soups and shakes have to be taken within 15 mins of making them

My hubby takes a flask of hot water then add the soup when he is ready for it! He adds the powder and gives it a shake :0)

Or take a bar out with you, and have the shake before you go and soup when you get home?
