I love soups and rely on them for lunch most days. Do you have any recipes to share? My latest was a chicken noodle soup.
Recipe:
Put 2 cloves of crushed or chopped garlic in to 800mls of chicken or veg stock and bring to the boil. Add 1 large or 2 small whole chicken breast to the pot, cover and leave for 20 minutes. Take the chicken breast out of the pan and shred or cut in to bite size chunks. Put back in the pan with egg noodles, a dash or two of soy sauce and chopped veg. I used a yellow pepper, chestnut mushrooms, carrot and spring onions. Boil until the noodles are soft and serve.
