Wow, what a day!

4 hours this morning to drive 80 miles to Exeter

.....the slip road onto the M5 was closed due to a vehicle fire, and it took me 2.5 hrs to backtrack through traffic gridlock to another junction along with everyone else. 2 hours after leaving home, I drove past my street a second time!!

By the time I got to Exeter I was so stressed and not exactly in the right frame of mind to deliver my training session!!

I got through it though, and have not long got home

Shower, a bit of TV and an early night for me

Sunday can't come soon enough - I want to be on that ship
