Soy sauce

Hi ladies and gents

I've tried doing a search for this but didn't yield much.

I was just wondering what the consensus was on soy sauce? I have read a couple of people who will put a dash of it in stir fry veg - I put about three drips of it in my veg a while ago. I did notice that the ingredients include sugar, so wanted to check.

Does it knock you out of ketosis?

I think it's more the salt content you have to watch with soy sauce x

I don't think I'll be using it too often - I just didn't want to make a detrimental affect on ketosis before it's even kicked in
