My basic tomato sauce

Can of good quality chopped tomatoes, splash worcestershire sauce, splash soy sauce, oxo cube, pinch of sugaror sweetener and sprinkling of schwartz garlic italian seasoning. Bring to the boil and simmer while your pasta is cooking.

Lots of ways to change it up:
chilli for a piccante sauce
phillie cheese for a creamy tomato sauce
red wine for a bit of a kick
Thanks so much everyone! Looking forward to trying all your suggestions. Tried the recipe recommended by hazysummer today by good food, was fantastic! Gonna work my way thru all your great suggestions. Mmmmm!!
