Spanish Chicken

A few shallots - Chopped in half
4 chicken breast without skin
Green Pepper
A handful of herbs
Passata Sauce

Quickly fry chicken breast to give colour, then place into a casserole dish, place passata sauce over the top and a handful of herbs, cook on 180c for 25 mins, then pop chopped shallots,green pepper and black olives in and cook for a further 25 mins, or until chicken is cooked,

Quick update on this.

I made it tonight by cutting the chicken breasts into cubes and cooking in the oven with the passata for 25 mins, I added an onion quite roughly chopped and some garlic powder, pepper and oregano. A little bit more passata and back in the oven till cooked. Absolutely yum!
