Thanks hunny, I've been in the 10s every day since Friday so here's hoping!

On the plus side, the kids are loving all the new recipes!

I just can't wait for a major shopping spree at the Metrocentre once at target!
 
Week 5, day 1:

Weigh in: lost 3.4lbs(!!!!!) (that's 13lbs exactly in 4 weeks! I'm now 10st 11.2lbs) Very pleased with that!

Breakfast:
Shreddies & skimmed milk (HEA & HEB)
Banana

Snack:
Red grapefruit

Lunch:
Low fat chilli chicken supernoodles, with carrots and tomatoes

Snack:
Cherries

Tea:
Ham and mushroom pasta with Kerry low low spreadable cheese (6 Syns)

Treat:
4 bottles of carling zest - 20 Syns

Weekly Syns so far:
26 Syns ( I know, but I keep to within a decent weekly total!

Cheers! Have to say I'm bouncing off the walls today! Measured myself and lost 5.5 inches too, 2 off my waist alone!
Bought some new lingerie this morning to celebrate!
Just borrowed half a dozen sw mags from the past year from my friend today and photocopied all the recipes!

Cheers Sleepymum, currently being very strong in macdonalds and having a diet coke while hubby and kids have lunch, then I'm going home to do something with the beef strips I defrosted overnight!

8 mile run early this morning

Breakfast:
Fruit salad made with watermelon, pineapple, apple, grapes & kiwi fruit

Snack:
Nectarine

Lunch:
Bachelors chicken & mushroom pasta made with milk from allowance (HEA), with mushrooms & mixed veg

Tea:
Beef & barley casserole (made with beef, barley, stock, carrots, mushrooms, onion & new potatoes) with cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower & carrots

Snack:
Cherries

Treat:
2 slices wholemeal warburtons (HEB) with 1 tbsp lurpak lighter (have measuring spoon so definitely measured right - 4 Syns)

Turkey breast steaks, sprouts, carrots, cabbage, cauliflower & broccoli with gravy (6.5 Syns)

gone in no time with all them mega long runs !! I can
only manage 2 miles at most before collapsing into a heap !! :ambulance:
 
Ha ha, I used to feel like that! I'm in training for the Great North Run in September, my second one and want to do much better time than last year!
I've got 2st 1.8lbs to go till target weight but feel confident I'll get there with this plan, the exercise and the support on here!
