Sparkled Pixie's Food Diary - Newbie, am I doing it right?!!

I'm finding it really tough too. Lose a couple one week, gain a couple the next! Grrrrrr need some inspiration.
 
Well I never stuck to my promise of 'sticking to the diary' but thought enough was enough so I hauled my oversized Ass to a Slimming World class and joined up. No excuses now... I also set up my own blog to track progress but I'll post here too to make sure I am doing it right. Now I know what to do with EE I will be using this some days too. I still think I'd lose more weight with red and green only but I'll give them all a go and see how I get on.
 
Wednesday 4th August - EE

Breakfast - Hi-Fi Bar

Snack - Galaxy Bubbles (8.5 syns)

Lunch - Jacket Potato with left over quorn bolognaise

Snack - Hob Nob biscuit (3.5 syns)

Dinner - Chicken, Noodle and Veg Stir Fry
Orange with choc sprinkles Muller Light

2 Percy Pigs (3 syns)

Not the best day using 15 syns but had real trouble with my IBS so was craving food!
 
Thursday 5th August - Green

Breakfast - Hi Fi Bar, fruit and vanilla Muller Light yoghurt

Lunch - Tomato and Herb Mugshot, pack of Worcestershire Sauce French Fries (4.5 syns)

Snacks - 2 Mini Babybel and cup of tea with splash of milk (HEA)

Dinner - Chicken Noodle Stirfry

Snack - 4 Finger Kit Kat (11.5 syns)

Slightly over on the syns today but I did do an hours Zumba class at the gym so hopefully made up for it. Got a wedding tomorrow so not looking forward to trying to count the syns after that.
