Sparkling Water Only?

    Does anyone just drink Sparkling Water? Is there any reason why we shouldn't? I mix and match mine, but can see im slowly drinking more sparkling than tap.

    I always drink sparkling water when Im out.. makes it feel like more of a "treat"!

    I only drink sparkling water, not at all keen on still :)

    I only drink sparkling water now...I love it. It hasn't effected my weight loss x

    I only drink sparkling water :) 3-4 litres per day :)

    I love a bit of fizzy water from time to time! I find the bubbles tend to help move things along "down below" when feeling a bit clogged up ;)

    Yey! Fantastic news. I love plain water when its warm, but whilst its still a bit cold, I love sparkling with and without flavouring added. I can easily manage 4 litres of the sparkly stuff, and yes it bloats me out, makes me full, I think thats an advantage lol.
