Spending the Day & Nite in the West End

If you really MUST take the day off *glares with CDC disapproval :mad: *, stick to anything that's fish/meat or veg/salad based. Don't have any rice (the carbs will definitely take you out of ketosis) and stir fries might too (the oil!).

Even being ultra-careful you still might come out of ketosis and, possibly, either not lose weight that week or even (heaven forbid!) put a bit on .. but it won't be much and you'll easily shift it again provided you go STRAIGHT back into sole-sourcing again the very next day.
