Spicy Speed Soup

Here is my recipe for the Slimming World Speed Soup.
Having tried the original recipe I felt it needed a kick to it so here is my recipe. Enjoy ;)

Ingredients:

1 tin mixed bean salad
2 tins chopped tomatoes
1 tin of Heinz Fiery chilli baked beans
Handful of red lentils
2 large leeks
1 large onion
4 large carrots
yellow pepper
a few mushrooms
2 vegetable stock cubes
a couple of spoonfuls of broth mix
a sprinkle of chilli flakes
garlic
Salt & pepper
Mixed herbs
Water (enough to cover all ingredients)

Chop up all the vegetables into small chunks & you can cook in the slow cooker or on the stove. Simmer until all the vegetables are soft.
Can be left chunky or blended.

I hope this soup doesnt upset your tummy again hun - ive noticed the amount of chilli you put in it lol - ill stick to my broth this might be a tad spicy for me you know im a wuss x
 
Hopefully I should be ok now. I was fine after my curry last night & didn't get any pains. Plus Dr said my tummy felt nice & healthy again & reckons its cleared up. Will update you tomorrow :) x
