Day One - Sunday 1st Jan 2012
Starting Weight = 12st 6lb :cry:

Extra Easy: (first ever!)
Breakfast - Raisin Wheats with milk from allowance.

Lunch - None (very late breakfast!!)

Dinner - Fakeaway Donnor Kebab, SW chips, Harrissa Paste Mayo. (I know, no super free food, forgot you have to have this on EE days! :doh: :booboo:)

Snacks - Clementine, Muller Light.

Healthy Extras - A) Milk B) Raisin Wheats

Syns - 3tbsp lighter than light mayo (1.5), 1 roses chocolate (2.5??), 3 custard creams (9).

Drinks - Pepsi Max, Tea with sweetner and milk from allowance.


 
Day 2 - Monday 2nd January 2012

Green Day -

Breakfast - Raisin Wheats and milk from allowance.

Lunch - Cheese & Brocolli Pasta n Sauce

Dinner - Mushy pea curry with mushrooms and slimming world chips.

Snacks - Clementine, Fat Free strawberry yoghurt.

Healthy Extra's - A) Milk B) Raisin Wheats

Syns - 2 Roses chocolates (5??)

Drinks - Tea with sweetner and milk from allowance, Sugar free flavoured water.
 
Day 3 - Tuesday 3rd January 2012 -

Extra Easy:

Breakfast - None (oops!)

Lunch - Tuna & sweetcorn mayo sandwich with lots of cucumber on w/meal bread. Silverskin onions. Grapes.

Dinner - Diet Coke chicken & cauliflower.

Snacks - 2 Clementines

Healthy Extra's - A) Milk B) Bread

Syns - 5 tbsp Lighter than light mayo (2.5), 1 roses chocolate (2.5??), 2 custard creams (6).

Drinks - Tea with sweetener and milk from allowance, Pepsi Max, sugar free squash.
 
Day 4 - Wednesday 4th January 2012 -

Green Day:

Breakfast - Raisin Wheats with milk from allowance.

Lunch - Smash Pizza topped with harissa paste and loads of mushrooms and sweetcorn and measured amount of cheese. Silverskin pickled onions.

Dinner - Cheese & Brocolli pasta n sauce with sweetcorn.

Snacks - 2 Clementines, Slimming World chip (normal and sweet potato) butty.

Healthy Extra's - A) Milk A) Cheese B) Raisin Wheats B) Bread

Syns - Dashes of milk (2), Ketchup (2), Brown Sauce (1) 1 Roses chocolate (2.5??) and 6 normal chips (over estimated (i think!) at 5 syns??).

Drinks - Tea with sweetener and milk, Pepsi Max.
 
Tasty meal ideas but your not having you 1/3 superfree with each meal (inc bfast & lunch) x
 
I know, i messed up a couple of them. I have the silverskin onions and fruit with the meals. Thought that counted even though they aren't on the same plate? And some of the ingredients in the meal are super free, and i use lots ha ha.

I thought, probably wrongly, that you only HAD to have 1/3 superfree on Extra Easy days?
 
Just found this on the 'Common SW Misconceptions Thread':
The 1/3 superfree food is important and not optional on EE. The SW guidance says that you must fill 1/3 of your plate with superfree, not that it's better if you do, or you'll have better losses if you do - the 1/3 superfree is an integral part of the EE plan and is the key to making it work.

It only says that you have to do that on EE, not red or green?
 
Day 5: 05 January 2012

Green Day:

Breakfast - Clementine

Lunch - Jacket Potato with V.L.F cottage cheese with pineapple.

Dinner - Wholemeal bread pizza's LOADED with sweetcorn & red onion, cheese allowance and V.L.F cottage cheese with pineapple. :eat::woohoo::banana dancer:

Snacks - Clementines

Healthy Extras - A) Cheese A) Cheese B) Bread B) Bread

Syns - None (so far!)

Drinks - Pepsi Max
