Day One - Sunday 1st Jan 2012
Starting Weight = 12st 6lb :cry:
Extra Easy: (first ever!)
Breakfast - Raisin Wheats with milk from allowance.
Lunch - None (very late breakfast!!)
Dinner - Fakeaway Donnor Kebab, SW chips, Harrissa Paste Mayo. (I know, no super free food, forgot you have to have this on EE days! :booboo
Snacks - Clementine, Muller Light.
Healthy Extras - A) Milk B) Raisin Wheats
Syns - 3tbsp lighter than light mayo (1.5), 1 roses chocolate (2.5??), 3 custard creams (9).
Drinks - Pepsi Max, Tea with sweetner and milk from allowance.
