Spooky halloween challenge

Hi All

I've decided to go on a soup diet, I managed to stay away from the chocolate after a cpl weeks binging, but now i've not been eating it and im eating un-healthy dinners again, dominos last night again, soooo I bought loads of tins of soup today and im officially on a soup diet until xmas (I done this yrs ago and worked wonders) Still eating healthy b.fast and sandwich for lunch, one bowl of soup and 1 slice of bread for dinner. For some reason if I eat alot for dinner I binge more at night, but suprisingly if I dont have much of a dinner I stay away from food.

So I'll see how long this lasts, even if I do it for a cpl weeks i'll be happy, I need to get my stomach used to a smaller dinner, once i've done that i'll go back to smaller/healthier meals. Oh and as of Monday i'll be using the exercise bike every day. These last 2 stone are doing my head in!!

The soup is a good idea I have it most days for my lunch as it keeps me full all afternoon I might try the soup for dinner/tea also as it really does keep me fuller than most other meals.
 
Never mind Vicky and Rhuba - roll on next week eh! I've been really good all week until I went out to a mexican last night :( I went for what I thought was the healthiest option - king prawns but everything so greasy! Bloody loved it tho;) Out to lunch again today too....oh dear!!!
 
By the way littlemiss - I too have soup for lunch most days! Don't think I could have it for my dinner too tho, it's just easy for work and like vodevil says, very filling. Good luck with it!

I've always felt full after soup, I've still been eating normal breakfast/lunch (I never have warm food like soup for lunch, just sandwiches) Its been hard trying to find meals for dinner, my OH and daughter rarely eat the same as me, so I always cook 2 meals anyway, heating up soup is v. quick. I'm not very good in the kitchen, but the last couple years (in winter) i've been making a big pot of soup a week, and that only takes around 1 hour and lasts for 2 days, I'm gonna start doing that again, just now i'm just using cans of soup, with one slice of bread.

3lbs loss is amazing in a week!

Unfortunately I have put on 1lb this week. I think the culprit was my works conference on Friday with lots of food, and my cousins 18th on Saturday (family meal at Mexican restaurant) I am trying to stay confident but its getting hard and its a hard time of year for me to avoid chocolate too :cry:

What are you all doing to lose 3lbs...are you exercising too?

Well done sa89! Same thing happened to me last week littlemiss and I put a pound on, lost it again this week though and I'm sure you will too!
