So here I am on Day One. I'm on the Discover Plan, my points allowance is 18 per day, so I'm folowing the basic principles of Fast Start.

1 pint of skimmed milk -2pts

Breakfast:
40g Cornflakes 2pts
1 Mullerlight yogurt 1.5 pts
1 cup of tea with a tsp of sugar 0.5 pts

Lunch
Bagel with Philidelphia light and salad3.5 pts
WW Clear Chicken Noodle soup 0.5 pts

Dinner
WW Tomato and Basil Chicken with salad and extra light Philidelphia 4.5 pts

Snacks
2 apples 1pt
1 cup of tea with 1 tsp sugar 0.5 pts
1 WW yogurt 1 pt

17/18
3.5 activity points earned from tonights' workout :)
 
So far so good tody. I think. Not as hungry as yesterday!

(I think the choccie is the reason why I'm not as hungry today, I finally gave in to my sugar cravings!)

So, 13/18 so far. I don't have a lot left for my tea, may use my exercise points from last night. whoops!

Dinner
2 slices WW brown danish 1pt
Small can of spaghetti in tomato sauce 2 pts
1 WW yogurt 1 pt

Hi Squidge,

I'm on 20pts at the mo but soon to move down to 19:cry:. Am dreading 18!!!:eek: I eat a lot of veg and make the no point soup - otherwise don't think i'd manage. Also (apart from this week) i have done some exercise to try and give me some lea way (sp?).

Does anyone know how many points are in a pack of barret Refreshers?

On 3rd week of weightwatchers and have lost 1/2 stne so far :)
Is it ok to have a day off as it is my birthday weds and i am going out for a meal and i dont want to be worried about points ?

I felt so naughty but I still stayed within my points, whoopie!!
