sorry if this has already been asked but if I'm doing SS+ and using quorn mince am I allowed to add a shepherd's pie mix to it does anyone know?

I'm not looking to make full shepherd's pie as obviously can't have the potato on top but coleman's do a really nice shepherd's pie mix packet that I could add to make the mince tastier but I don't want to blow ketosis if its not allowed.

Most people use the CWP stock. Have you tried that? Need to be on day 15 or over though, otherwise cook with water and add herbs and spices (check salt ingredients mind you)
