    Hi Guys,

This is my 1st week on CD and I've done SS...

But I was wondering what the difference is in weight loss between SS and SS+

Cos I'm thinking of trying SS+ so I can have milk in my tea...

I've got 2st 7lb until I get to BMI of 25 (this is also my goal weight)

    Shall I stay on SS until I'm BMI 25 + 1 stone?

    Any advise would be gr8!!

    Thanks

Not sure of exact figures but once you are well established in ketosis why don't you just have the milk in your tea and don't bother with the extra pack if you don't need it?
That way you should still get a decent loss.

I was thinking of doing that - I only have around 2 cups of tea a day so dont think it will make much difference (hopefully).. I'll talk to my CDC on Sunday to see what she thinks.
