I am doing SS+ four shakes and 200ml of milk. Do I have to then have to go up to 810 for a week at week thirteen like I would if doing ss?

Hi sharon, yes you would have to move up to 810 for 1 week after 12 weeks of SS+ as it's still a VLCD and guidelines are 12 weeks on VLCD and then moe up for 1 week and then you can continue on SS+ if you still have more weight to lose and your BMI is over 25.

    Good luck with your journey!

    xx

Well done getting through your first week, and good luck with your first weigh-in. Hubby and I are doing SS+ and doing AAMW starting tomorrow, my CDC said that CD prefer you to do AAMW after 4-6 weeks but the government guildlines say that the maximum time for a VLCD is 12 weeks before AAMW. Tomorrow is the start of our 6th week and going to enjoy having a proper meal in the evening and can still have a romantic meal on Valentines Night.
