SS+ Semi Skimmed Milk??

    :confused:Hey guys, I am having semi skimmed milk as I am on ss+. Am I ok to do this? Or should I switch to skimmed. :rolleyes:

    Must be skimmed milk only semi skimmed has more calories and fat.

    Follow the guidance in the sole source booklet, you will see that its only skimmed milk that is allowed.

    Not according to the book you can't. Im on SS+ and have skimmed milk.
    Its not really that bad and hopefully you will get used to the taste after keep having it :rolleyes: x
