Hiya my friends interested in CD and Ive losted my booklet thingy. On the ss+ can u have one day with the option of milk and the other chicken or turkey etc?? Also what is the weight of the two tablespoons of salad? Incase she overloads??

I was told that you couldn't switch between plans like that - but I had four days ss and three ss+ with green and white meal. A handful of leaves is approx a tablespoon - ish!!

No you can't do that with the plans, you have to stick to one or the other hun.
