ssing or having a lo cal meal too

Hi all :)
Can anyone tell me what thier expereinces are with doing just the camb or adding one meal like chicken ..does it change the speed of weight lose alot? is it about the same? Trying to decide whether to stay with just the plan or add a dinner to it ? TY for any help
 
It's up to you really.
I don't think there is a huge difference in amount you lose.
However, some would preffer to go 100% and be happily live on shakes for weeks. Some preffer add a lil bit of "normal" food.

Personaly - I don't think I could do SS - just doesn't agree with me.
I think SS+ is more bearable if you struggling on SS.

But that's my opinion so you'd have to try to find what works for you.

I did ss for the first 12 weeks as I needed the break away from food and then I did ss+ from then on. I love ss+ and my weight loss has still been great, averaging 12-14lbs a month. Good luck xx.
