Hi all! I'm new here and new to CD. 1st day today, starting on Sole Source. First thoughts are not too bad, really hungry but to be expected! I have 5st to lose to get to my target of 10st . I really hope I get a good first week loss to spur me on, I'm more motivated then I've ever been before! ot a fan of the chocolate orange shakes although the others seem to be going down a treat. I'm looking forward to when Ketosis kicks in because I can see this hunger lark being a big battle. But I have to keep telling myself that nothing tastes as good as skinny feels! I may never be skinny, but I can be healthy Anyway, if anyone has any tips for getting through this first week, all comments appreciated!
