Hi! I've gained alot of weight over the past year, so I'm wanting to get rid this year! Decided to it by using slim fast, used it before and found that it worked :). So here's how my day has gone;

B- chocolate powder shake
L- chocolate crunch bar
S- apple
D- jacket potato, with tuna mayonnaise, salad and tiger bread.

And planning on having snack a jacks for a snack later on :) I'm finding it really easy and would appreciate any tips anyone would like to share!! :D

ooo right didnt know that haha! well i had a little sneaky weigh in today and ive lost 2lb! reallly happy, and ive been sticking to it well :) good luck to you!! :) xx
