hi,I too am starting ww tomorrow, been on sw for a few weeks, but it seems to stop working after a few weeks, prob cos i can eat as much pasta as I want, lol! So, looking at a few diaries for inspiration.

Slimming World for me definetely has it's faults especially where portion control is involved, I mean it is fantastic if you're a big eater/love making things from scratch but in the end it just didn't fit in with my lifestyle.

Weight watchers has really encouraged me to look at portion sizes especially where pasta is concerned! I was comparing my lunch today with a lunch I would've had with SW I think I had about a third of the pasta I would've had on SW.

:roofles: Well welcome back! I'm feeling really good, and finding it super easy to follow the diet so it's all good.

It's pancake day today!! And I am stuffed! Gotta love pancakes for tea :D Oh I haven't been recording on here, but so far this week i've earnt 14 activity points just from taking the dog for a walk :chores016: So I've got them in reserve if they're needed!

Foodie times for today:

PANCAKES! Put in the recipe builder:
125g Flour
1 x egg
1/4 pint skimmed milk

Divided by 6 = 3 pro points per pancake

I had 3 pancakes which the recipe builder worked out to be (8)

So today is my official study day (my exam being tomorrow afternoon), I made a semi-conscious decision this morning to stay in bed one I feel was the best decision to make :D Now i'm up and want to get everything out of the way (so I don't have any reason to stop studying!) so I can crack on...

HI!

Sorry i've been lax in the diary upkeep, i've been so busy! This is the first time i've been on my laptop for about 3 days (a first for me!)

Anywho, in news I passed my exam! YAY! Being put on another one straight away so keeping myself nice and busy. I applied for a job in Reading (I REALLY want it, so keeping my fingers crossed).

Oh Freshy, my sister wants to try a Zumba class, I think I read in your diary that you go to one... if you do which one do you got to? Zoe mentioned something about one on brant road...

So anyway, I have been tracking whilst i've been absent (not going to post it though as it's way too much effort for a Sunday evening :D) my weeklies went on my night out last night (and probably WAY more than my weeklies allowed) and I have my monthly (official) WI this week. WOO!

Hey stack and fresh, 2 fellow Lincolnites! Nice to see some locals on nerd. I started WW last Tuesday and got first WI on Tuesday, feeling quite nervous as I've eaten loads it seems, all within points, but still! Having just come off a meal replacement diet so we will see. Well done on the exam stack, great stuff!

I'm thinking of going back to uni later this year for a 1 year practice educator course, swore I'd never study again, causes so much stress and that's not good for over eating! Hehe

I'm a little ashamed to show my face (only a little :D). Why is it that after a great loss I always seem to fall off the wagon, it's ridiculous! I've tracked so I know that on Thursday I used 50 points and on Friday 71!! :eek: Friday was a terrible day at work, I was literally the busiest i've ever been EVER! And for once didn't really think about food, which meant that I started the day with a sausage sandwich, lunch was chips, cheese & beans and dinner was mcdonalds (planned! and not really enjoyed!). But then I did spend 2 hours bowling, so earnt some activity points!

Anywho, i'm back on it today, I've gone 1 point over ny daily allowance but it's fine as I earnt some activity points today. So foodie times:

Went to the Tobery for lunch today, twas ok, except my Nan kept staring at people eating. Very annoying! :D
Oh, the picture in my signature is little jars of pennies (I stole the idea from Claire's group) the full jar had the weight I want to lose this year in it (52lbs - 52 pennies) the 2nd the weight I have lost (9lbs - 9 pennies), so every month I get to move my pennies over and i'll post a new picture. It's just a nice visualisation of my target.
