Hey everyone! :)

I joined Slimming World 2 weeks ago, lost 7lb in my first week (being very relaxed and not at all diligent!) but have gotten lazy in my second week and been even more slack with the plan and think I have stayed the same or gained a pound! I have to miss weigh-in this week because I'm working but I want to have a 100% week to go back with an awesome loss at my next weigh-in so I'm going to start a food diary.

Tuesday will be my first day of tracking so I'll report back later on!
 
Okay! So day one...

Extra Easy!

Breakfast:
2 alpen light bars (HexB)
Muller light yoghurt
Grapes
Nectarine

Lunch:
Jacket potato
Tuna, sweetcorn and mayo (1 syn)

Dinner:
Salmon fillet and veg stir fried in soy sauce and balsamic vinegar
Muller light yoghurt
Mango

Snacks:
28g blue cheese (HexA)

Syns total: 1

Prawns cocktail (1 syn for mayo)
28g cheddar (HexA)

Dinner:
Steamed sea bass fillet
Potato salad made with prawns, egg and mayo (1 syn)

Snacks:
1 alpen light (1/2 HexB)
Muller light yoghurt
Mango

Mild cheese & broccoli pasta n sauce (1/2 syn + HexA)

Dinner:
Steamed trout with boiled mange tout, baby corn & carrots
Mango, grapes

Snacks:
3 alpen light bars (HexB + 3.5 syns), Muller light yoghurt & 2 nectarines

Large chicken kebab with pitta (not sure on syns, can anyone help??)

Snacks:
Rice pudding (HexA + 5 syns), blueberries

Really sucked with the superfree today! I had cooked a corn on the cob with my lunch but think I overcooked it and it was disgusting! Had almost a full punnet of blueberries though, and a large salad with my kebab but I would have liked more :( More syns today than I would have liked as well! Think this is because I've run out of Alpen bars AND Muller lights so I've been experimenting.
