Best you can do is:
Remain positive
Drink plenty of water (I also drink green, oolong, nettle and peppermint tea)
Expect the first 2-4 days to be the most challenging.
Enjoy the weight loss
And keep coming back here to talk as this is like a support group.

I echo what fuffs says especially the bit about the first few days being tough. If you do absolutely need something extra have an extra pack or something that's 100% protein. If you reach for the carbs you will never get into ketosis and it will be unbearable. It's tough but the results are definitely worth it. Also it's worth reading up on ketosis and VLCDs as understanding a bit about the science behind it makes things make sense. Reading the theory behind Atkins helps too as the concepts are similar although Atkins doesn't restrict calories in the same way as a FRD. The reason you can consume so little calories and not feel constantly hungry once you're in ketosis is because of ketosis so it helps to understand what that means and why you can't have carbs.
