awwwww Sarah - like Sid said its not for everyone! Well done though as you are being positive and taking lessons away - try and be a bit more carb free as I know I feel 200% better for it. I ate popcorn last night and felt awful, tired and bloated - had to go to bed. And 6 lbs is 6 lbs down!

Remember you haven't failed until you stop trying so good luck with SW as long as you keep trying you're doing well X :D
