Hello, I'm new to this forum. I started exante on 9th Jan and I have lost 15lbs so far!
The first week was tough - headaches and tiredness - but now I feel great with normal energy levels and no headaches at all! I'm doing total solution and drinking plenty of peppermint tea and water! I'm never one to normally post on forums but I think support will be really valuable as this diet seems quite tough. My motivation is at an all time high though and I'm surprised at how I've not been tempted to cheat at all so far. I'm going to Paris for 4 days in 2 and a half weeks. How difficult is that going to be?!?? Any advice on what I should do? I'm staying in a hotel so I think soups and shakes would be difficult to make there. I just don't want to undo any of the progress I will have made
