    1 pound till 4 stone gone


    i have another 2.5 to get off so can see the light at the end of the tunnel

    for me it becomes easier everyday you do the diet but the main factor is overcoming some boredom days!

    when i come off the diet i know i have to completly change by ways of eating from before and im looking fwd to that

    WELL done!!!! You have done so unbelievabley well!!! nearly 4 stone in 9 weeks is ureal!! and yes you have to keep it off after..
    I am going to kick you up the bum if you dont and you can do the same to me if I dont!! (his my brother by the way)....

    Well done you and heres to another 2 1/2 stone Off!!!

    I have just over 2 /2 to go !!!!

    We can do it!!!! xx

    Ok also on the summer soltice thing copy and paste it and add in red your loss!!! next to your name or do you want me to do it!

    yup suprised how quick come off think guys loose it a little quicker jsut way the body works i tend to loose the weight quickly but the quicker you loose i suppose the quicker you can put on so works both ways
