Hi guys. Just started CD 2day and are new to this forum so please bear with me! I got weighed yesterday @ counsellors house - 14.6 stone, this is the heaviest I've ever been. My target weight is 10 stone. The problem is the beginning of March and the beginning of April I have weekends away organised with family and friends - I reali want 2 stick 2 this 100% but know that these 2 weekends drinking and eating will be unavoidable - has anyone got any tips?
