Started Diet Chef 3 days ago and...

already lost about 2 kg or 4lbs :)

I have tried many diets before, none of which have really done it for me. The Diet Chef Food is sooo tasty and doesn't really feel like a diet.

I am having Porridge for Breakfast, which I would normally do, too. I guess for me it's all about portion control and I think Diet Chef is a good way to learn to eat the right amount and regularly.

Loving it so far and the best thing is that hubby is doing it with me :)

Anyone else doing Diet Chef?

Hello! Are you still doing DC? How are you finding it? Today was my second day; I found it harder than yesterday...
 
Wow that's amazing well done! It was Day 3 for me today. So far I'm finding the mornings fine but the afternoons are horrible!! I need to pace my fruit and snack better i think.

What are your favorite meals? The chicken tikka masala has been the only one I've really liked so far - the lasagne was horrible and the meat in the sweet and sour chicken was a bit too chewy.
